ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN
Keep Your System Safe Year-Round
One visit a year keeps your system safe and catches small problems before they turn into a no-heat call. The plan includes a full cleaning and inspection, gas leak and carbon monoxide testing, a written safety report, 15% off every repair and service call all year, and priority booking for emergency calls.
$159 per system, per year. $120 per system when you cover two or more. Plus 5% GST. Furnace + fireplace: $240 a year instead of $318. That’s less than a single $189 tune-up.

No. Nights, weekends and holidays are the same price as a weekday visit.
How fast can you get here?
Emergency calls get a same-day visit, including nights, weekends and holidays. For regular service we’re on-site within 24 hours, and about 8 in 10 repairs are finished the same day. Our phone is answered 24/7.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Daniel is an ITA-certified Class B Gasfitter, and Efficient Heating Service holds Gas Contractor License LGA0209945 with Technical Safety BC. We’re fully insured.
What warranty do you offer?
Every repair and installation has a 1-year workmanship warranty. New equipment also carries the manufacturer’s warranty.
Can you help with heat pump rebates?
Yes. Rebate amounts change often, so we check the current CleanBC and FortisBC programs with you and help you apply.
What does the maintenance plan include?
