While you wait for us
- Check the basics: the thermostat is set to Heat with fresh batteries, the furnace power switch is on, the breaker hasn’t tripped, the furnace door is fully closed, and the filter isn’t clogged.
- Boiler leaking? Turn off the boiler, close the cold-water supply valve to it if you can reach it safely, and move valuables away from the water.
- Keep pipes from freezing: open cabinet doors under sinks on outside walls and let a tap drip.
- Use space heaters safely: keep them away from curtains and bedding, and never use a gas oven or barbecue to heat your home.
- Take photos of any error code or flashing lights and the model label. Text them to 778-798-4343. It helps us bring the right parts.
