What we check in Surrey homes
- Sizing. A cooling-load calculation, not the furnace size, determines capacity. Oversized AC cools fast but leaves the house clammy.
- Furnace blower and ducts. The furnace fan has to move enough air for cooling. Older or undersized ducts upstairs are the usual reason for a hot second floor.
- Electrical capacity. Suites, EV chargers and hot tubs can leave little room on the panel.
- Placement. Side yards in newer subdivisions are narrow, so we keep units away from bedroom windows and low wet spots.
